When you place a bid on an item it increases the amount of the item by a Nickel (.05) and adds time to the counter. If no one else places a bid when the clock winds down then the item is yours!

A Bid Buddy lets you bid on items without sitting by the computer waiting for it to reach the price you like. It bids on an item according to what you tell it to do. For example you could have it bid on an item when the price range is within $10-$15 using only 50 bids for the process. The Bid Buddy will then start placing bids as soon as the items price reaches $10.00 and will continue bidding until the max price you set or until you run out of allocated bids. Whichever comes first. The Bid Buddy will place your bids 30 seconds before an auction closes. If the timer is below 30 seconds, then your bid buddy will place a bid at anytime below 30 seconds.

No. We have limited the number of accounts to one per household. We periodically check our system for multiple accounts and suspend accounts if they seem to be identical. You have a right to appeal our decision but violating our Terms of Service is grounds for suspension and the immediate forfeiture of all bids, winnings, rewards and credits.

You will be contacted via email using the email address you registered with your account. You will then be required to only pay the price that the item sold for or if you have credits then the item is free. Your item will then be shipped within 1-2 business days.

All of our items are shipped to your billing address. This address must match with your name and address that we have on file. Our customers in the US and Canada receive free shipping. If you live anywhere else additional shipping charges apply.

You could refer your friends or family members to register on the website using this page. When they register and purchase bids you will receive 10 free bids into your account immediately.

No, all of our items are brand new in the original manufacturer packaging. Most of the time we do not even see the items we auction, it is usually drop shipped.

When items reach a certain price our software decreases the Counter Time to ensure that our items sell for competitive prices.

The time added to the item is determined by its current price. If the price is under 1 dollar then 30 seconds is added each time a bid is placed. If the price is from 1 dollar to 5 dollars then 20 seconds is added per bid. If the price is anywhere between 5 dollars and 10 dollars then 15 seconds is added per bid. Anything from 10 dollars to 100 dollars will add only 10 seconds. And if the auction should go over $100 then the timer goes up by only 5 seconds.

We would like to hope that all of our customers would win, but the fact is that some of them don't. If you have gathered up any rewards points you could always get prizes and items from our rewards store. If you aren't winning then you may need to develop or change your strategy.
